INCENTIVE PROGRAMS OVERVIEW
Available to Evans Manufacturing Employees, Immediately Upon Hire

  • SHIFT PREMIUM
    $.50 Shift Premium for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

  • ATTENDANCE PROGRAM
    Monthly:
     
    1)  Employees can earn 2 Earned Bonus Hours
    2)  Receive Bonus Pay (Total hours worked during month of qualification X $.25/hr, Paid 3rd payroll of following month)
    Guidelines: 
    No Unexcused Absences or Tardiness; Must work full scheduled shift, including Saturday scheduled shift and scheduled overtime
    Employee properly clocked in and out at the start and end of shift and start and end of lunch
    No attendance occurrences with points assigned
    All company policies on attendance were followed

  • SAFETY INCENTIVE PROGRAM
    Annually:
      For perfect safety (12 consecutive months), Employees can earn 8 Earned Bonus Hours, at time of annual performance review
    Qualified Employees:  Machine Operators, Shipping Helpers, Team Leaders, Material Handlers, Quality Inspectors, Inventory Control, and Maintenance
    Guidelines: 
    No production time lost due to work-related injuries
    No injuries that required off-premises medical attention beyond first aid
    Received no written warnings for unsafe acts or violations of mandatory safety rules

  • QUALITY INCENTIVE PROGRAM
    Monthly:
      Employee eligible for cash drawing totaling $150 (6-$25 winners)
    Annually:  For perfect quality (12 consecutive months), Employees can earn 8 Earned Bonus Hours, at time of annual performance review
    Qualified Employees:  Machine Operators, Team Leaders
    Guidelines:
    No written NCM during the month of qualification
    Currently on regular duty with no restrictions during month of qualification

  • REFERRAL BONUS
    Current employee will receive $50 bonus once referred employee completes their 90-day probationary period
    Referral candidate must note Current Employee's name on "Referred By" section on company application

  • PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
    Review Dates:
      After 90 days and company-wide reviews completed annually
    Review will be completed within one week of anniversary date
    Employee will be reviewed based on attendance, productivity, quality, safety and behavioral performance
    Any increases to hourly pay will be effective the first day of the work week following completion of the review

  • EARNED BONUS HOURS PROGRAM
    This program allows hourly personnel the opportunity to earn additional paid time off
    Guidelines:
    All bonus time must be used in increments of 4 hours
    Requested bonus hours must be made 2 weeks in advance with management approval
    Bonus hours can be used in conjunction with vacation days & holidays upon approval of management
    All bonus hours will be scheduled per management's discretion
    Bonus hours not used will not be reimbursed by the Company
    If an employee resigns or is terminated, all unused bonus hours are forfeited
